AUTHORS
Wang Tongjun, born in 1964, graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, with a major in railway transportation. He is currently the vice-general manager of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd, and engages in the research of railway engineering construction and informationization, and intelligent railway innovation. He has published 41 papers, authored 4 books, and authorized 11 patents. He has been granted Construction Award, Handover Award, and Special Contribution Award from building Smart International(bSI )as well as Digital Award from the Union of International Railways.
Professor Wang currently holds positions including director of the China Association of Railway Engineering Construction, deputy director of the China Civil Engineering Society, Railway Expert Advisory Committee, and director of the Railway BIM Alliance.
