Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase, please read our refund policy carefully before completing your order.


Digital Products

All products sold on Bookread are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks (PDF)

  • Digital guides

  • Software files

  • Trading tools

  • Educational materials

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.

For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.


Exceptions

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

• The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
• The product is significantly different from the description
• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• A technical issue on our side prevented access to the product

If any of these issues occur, please contact us and we will review your request.


Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
